ZPoker Terms & Conditions — Applicable to all members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ZPoker platform and all related services. "ZPoker", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating ZPoker, while "member" and "you" refer to any registered or unregistered user.

By registering on ZPoker, using any of our services, or browsing the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. ZPoker reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website along with the date of the latest update.

To open an account on ZPoker, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or incorrect details — including your name, address, phone number, or date of birth — may result in your account being terminated.

One Account Per Person

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.

• The email address or phone number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties.
• ZPoker may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

ZPoker is strictly committed to preventing underage gambling. To register and participate in any betting or gaming activity on ZPoker, members must be at least 18 years of age Must be completed.

ZPoker may request a National ID or Birth Certificate at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Parents and guardians are advised to ensure that minors cannot access their devices or accounts.

ZPoker accepts multiple mobile financial services (MFS) and online payment methods for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Important Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made using your own payment method only. Transfers from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any applicable transaction fees at the time of deposit will be clearly communicated by ZPoker.
• Using deposited funds for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, contact customer support immediately.

ZPoker reserves the right to accept or decline any deposit, particularly where suspicious activity is suspected.

Withdrawals on ZPoker are straightforward and transparent. Requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours of submission.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• ZPoker may place a withdrawal on hold for investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

If your withdrawal takes more than 24 hours with no explanation provided, please contact ZPoker customer support directly.

Every bet placed on ZPoker constitutes a legally binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a verified technical error has occurred.

Prohibited Activities

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Odds arbitrage or exploiting system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting promotions through the use of multiple accounts.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities.

Any breach of these restrictions may result in ZPoker cancelling all related bets, closing the account, and taking legal action where applicable.

All bonuses and promotional offers on ZPoker come with specific terms. Please read the terms of each bonus before claiming it.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will be cancelled automatically.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the first bonus must be completed before the next one can be used.
• A maximum bet limit applies when using bonus balance — this is stated on each offer's page.
• ZPoker reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without prior notice.

ZPoker may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is confirmed.
• Evidence of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• At your own request (Self-Exclusion).

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided there are no legal restrictions. Members may also close their account at any time by contacting customer support.

ZPoker believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. To support responsible betting, ZPoker provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Reminder: You will receive a warning notification after a set period of time.
• Time-Out: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Use this option if you'd like to take an extended break.

Dispute Resolution Steps

• Step 3: You may also refer the matter to an independent mediation body where applicable.
